Meal Plan for the Week of May 16th

Monday - Breakfast for dinner: scrambled eggs, bacon (real and soy), hash brown potatoes and fruit salad.
Tuesday - Pork tenderloin, noodles and steamed broccoli
Wednesday - Szechuan tofu and green beans, asian slaw and brown rice
Thursday - Leftovers
Friday - Spinach and artichoke lasagna, bread, pan roasted cauliflower
Saturday - Bratworst and veggie hot dogs, stovetop baked beans, grilled corn on the cob
Sunday - Out for dinner to celebrate Susannah's preschool graduation
